01 Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes — order by 11am HKT and we deliver anywhere in Hong Kong the same day. From Central to Sai Kung, Discovery Bay to Tuen Mun. Orders placed after 11am are delivered the next morning.
02 How long do the flowers last?
Our bouquets are made from the freshest blooms sourced that morning. With proper care — fresh water daily, trim stems at an angle, keep away from direct sun — roses last 5-7 days, mixed bouquets 4-6 days, and peonies 3-5 days of glorious bloom.
03 Can I customise my bouquet?
Absolutely. Every bouquet is made to order. Have a specific colour palette, flower preference, or occasion in mind? Contact us at hello@sproutsandsparkles.com or WhatsApp us. We work with seasonal availability to create something uniquely yours.
04 What areas do you deliver to?
Everywhere in Hong Kong — Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Outlying Islands including Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and Ma Wan. Delivery fees vary by zone: HK Island/Kowloon free, N.T. $80, Outlying Islands $150.
05 How are the flowers packaged?
Every bouquet is wrapped in our signature kraft paper, tied with satin ribbon, and delivered in a water-filled travel sleeve. Your flowers arrive hydrated, fresh, and ready to display — no vase required for the first 24 hours.
06 Do you do wedding or event flowers?
Yes — we love celebrations. From bridal bouquets to table centrepieces, ceremony arches to flower crowns. Contact us at least 4 weeks before your date for a consultation. We work across Hong Kong venues big and small.
07 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (FPS). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
08 What if I'm not happy with my bouquet?
Your happiness is our sparkle. If anything isn't right — freshness, arrangement, or delivery timing — contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We'll make it right, whether that's a replacement, refund, or credit towards your next bouquet.
